What is continuous improvement (CI)? For many it seems like an endless road to nowhere, while others know the journey is long but the rewards are great. The extremes come from management's adaptability and ability to execute a CI program that is not destined to fail.

In general, we are our worst enemies. So often we fail to think things through or at the very least, realize the level of involvement it is going to take to implement a successful CI program.

Purrfectly Simple did not start out as a consulting firm nor did it ever occur to us that this was a direction to head in. Recently however, it became purrfectly clear that companies needed our help.

Continuous Improvement begins at the TOP not the bottom as other companies profess. You need to be committed to driving a changing culture throughout your organization, no matter how small or large that organization is. Implementation occurs at the ground floor but it cannot possibly succeed if you are not 100% committed to its success.
